Diarrhea, stomachache and etc are just few of the illnesses one might get if the food taken is not thoroughly cleansed or if it is prepared in dirty surroundings. How often should you clean your kitchen? It simply depends on your lifestyle. The rule in kitchen cleaning is to do it right after every meal preparation. You can disinfect the surfaces thrice or twice a week. Here are some guidelines that you can follow on how to effectively clean your kitchen without much hassle especially if you are the type of person who is always on-the-go:
1. Sink - Just mix 1/2 cup of vinegar or 2 tablespoon of liquid detergent with two cups of water. Spray it on your sink right before you head out of the office. When you arrive from work you can finish the job by brushing it and afterwards spraying it with water.
2. Wall- You wont have a hard time scrubbing the wall after all because the dirt, oil and dust will never be absorbed by the kitchen tile if you are using a kitchen tile. You will need a soft cloth, soft bristled brush and a spray of liquid detergent to remove the stain on the tiles. So, if you are a busy mom you better install kitchen tiles on our wall for the convenience of cleaning it.
3. Floor- Floor may be the hardest part of the kitchen to clean but it is not impossible to have it cleaned. Mop it once a week, regularly vacuum it and twice a month you can brush it with soapy water to remove oil, sauce and other stubborn stains.
4. Ceiling- never neglect the ceiling. You still need to clean it though this part of the kitchen is not the dirtiest. To remove odor on your ceiling you can simply spray it with a deodorizer right after you clean it.
Cleaning your kitchen should be in your regular to-do list in order to avoid health complications. If you are planning to renovate your kitchen, you can also opt to use kitchen tiles, which is not only economical but it is also very easy to clean because of its glossy surface.

Make natural surface cleaners. There are several natural options for creating homemade surface cleaners to replace the over-perfumed and chemical sprays of store-bought cleaners.
