3. Driving puts strain on the body for long distance journeys - Doing the driving on a long distance routine gives one the aches after regularly driving distant sites. Sometimes, when one is too tired, there is a tendency for him to fall asleep while on the wheel. Therefore, taking the subway or the taxi gives lesser stress on the body than when you are the one driving your vehicle.
